These Terms for Consumers This Agreement describes the terms under which you, as a registered member who is also a consumer, may conduct online transactions with third-party sellers who are registered members of our Sites (as that term is defined below) and supply certain products or services to consumers under the terms of sale set by each third-party seller, through websites, mobile sites, mobile applications (as defined below in clause 1.2) that from time to time are related to the AliExpress e-commerce platform, including without limitation the web and mobile-optimized versions of the website identified by the uniform resource locator “FDEXPORTS.COM” and the mobile application of the FDEXPORTS.COM e-commerce platform but expressly excluding FDEXPORTS.COM

As you act as an EU/EEA/UK consumer, please note that, to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence within the EU/EEA/UK contain provisions that are more beneficial to you (such as, for example, statutory withdrawal rights), you may be entitled to access, purchase, sell, distribute ... and guarantee of conformity), these provisions apply. 1. Application of this Agreement and the Transaction Services

1.1. Acceptance. You agree that by registering, accessing or using our Transaction Services (described in clause 1.5 below), you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with FDEXPORTS.COM. To do so, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract under applicable law. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSACTION SERVICES ARE PROHIBITED FOR MINORS AS DEFINED IN APPLICABLE LAW. If sellers on the Sites offer for sale products intended for children, these are intended for purchase by adults. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not access or use any of our Transaction Services. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may do so at any time by closing your account and ceasing to access or use our Transaction Services (as defined in clause 1.5).

1.2. Contracting Party. You are entering into this Agreement with Alibaba Singapore, but please note that Alibaba Singapore may provide the Transaction Services alone, but also in conjunction with our affiliates. We use the term “Designated Countries” to refer to countries in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. If you are habitually resident in a Designated Country or access the Sites from a Designated Country, you are entering into this Agreement with FDEXPORTS.COM E-Commerce Private Limited, which will be the controller of your personal data provided to or collected by or for or processed in connection with our Transaction Services. The collection and processing of your personal data is subject to the FDEXPORTS.COM Privacy Policy (which includes our cookie policy) and other documents referred to in this Agreement.
